Endings

Abraham died. The man God called His friend. The man who believed the impossible promise. He died. And the very next verse says: “God blessed his son Isaac.” The work carried on. God does not retire when His people do. He buries His workers — but He never buries His work. Today’s devotional is for anyone who has watched a season end and quietly wondered if God’s purposes ended with it. He is the I AM — and He is already in the next chapter.
